Yes — it's one of our two main services. Interior tear-outs, garages, decks, sheds, pole barns, concrete removal, and full structure teardowns, with the debris hauled off by the same crew. Asbestos and lead abatement must be completed by a licensed abatement contractor first, and utility disconnects have to be confirmed by the provider.

No. Those situations require separately licensed specialists. If a property needs that kind of remediation, tell us during the walkthrough and we can discuss the rest of the property once it's resolved.
