Redemption Cleanout Services

Service

Demolition

Something on the property has to come down — an interior that needs gutting before renovation, a failing garage or deck, an outbuilding, or a structure at the end of its life.

What this service is

Redemption takes demolition work from interior gut-outs through full structure teardowns, licensed and insured, and hauls the debris out with the same crew. Because we run cleanouts too, a property that needs to be emptied and then torn down is one job with one point of contact — not two contractors scheduling around each other.

What Redemption handles

  • Interior gut-outs and tear-outs — walls, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings
  • Garages, carports, and detached outbuildings
  • Decks, porches, fencing, and above-ground pools
  • Sheds and pole barns
  • Full structure teardowns
  • Concrete, slab, and hardscape removal
  • Complete debris haul-off, load-out, and site clearing
  • Metal and material recycling where the load allows

What may require another specialist

Some conditions fall outside standard cleanout scope and need a separately licensed specialist. We'll tell you plainly if we find one.

  • Asbestos and lead abatement, which must be completed by a licensed abatement contractor before demolition begins
  • Utility disconnects, which the utility provider must complete and confirm
  • Engineered shoring or load-bearing structural work requiring a licensed structural engineer

Who this is for

  • Homeowners and investors gutting a property before renovation
  • Builders and contractors who need a site cleared before their crew starts
  • Realtors and asset managers dealing with an unsalvageable structure
  • Commercial owners removing fixtures, build-outs, or outbuildings
  • Property owners with a failing garage, deck, barn, or shed

Common conditions

  • An interior that has to be taken back to studs before a renovation starts
  • A structure that's unsafe, storm-damaged, or past repair
  • Debris volume that a dumpster rental won't cover
  • A site that has to be both emptied and torn down, in the right order

Process

How this project runs

  1. Send Photos

Text or email photos of what's coming down and we'll give you a ballpark estimate over the phone.

  2. On-Site Walkthrough

We assess the structure, access, and utilities in person, and give the final quote on site. If a project needs a permit or a utility disconnect, we flag it here and confirm who's handling it before anything is scheduled.

  3. Demolition

The structure comes down under the scope confirmed at the walkthrough.

  4. Haul-Off & Site Clearing

All debris is loaded out and the site is left clear — recyclable metal and materials diverted where the load allows.

  5. Final Walkthrough

We walk the site with you to confirm the work matches what was quoted.

A commercial interior stripped to bare block walls and concrete slab after a full gut-out, with the framing openings left in place.
A commercial suite taken back to bare block and slab — partitions, ceilings, flooring and fixtures out, debris hauled by the same crew.
